Rapid Fire
  1. What year did you start working for Jesse Duplantis Ministries?
Part time April 1, 1984. Full-time February 15, 1985. Over 41 years’ total service to JDM.

  2. Where were you born?
I was born in the heart of Cajun country in Lafayette, Louisiana about 200 kilometres west of New Orleans.

  3. What did you want to be when you were a kid?
    An outlaw.

  4. What was your best subject at school?
I excelled in math in the third and fourth grade. In the ninth grade, I took algebra and that didn’t work out so well for me as I was in party mode more than math mode.

  5. Do you have any hobbies?
I love collecting and reading theological books. I have well over 1000 academic books in my Christian library, most of which are Jewish related to help me understand better all the Jewish characters in the Bible.

  6. Do you prefer reading fiction or non-fiction?
    I prefer non-fiction and I prefer theological-oriented studies.

  7. Favourite band/musician growing up:
I liked AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne, and most hard rock. Now I prefer pure what happened worship music. I don’t listen to a lot of music nowadays, and I mostly listen to preaching nearly every day. Kenneth Copeland is my favourite teacher. Also, First Fruits Of Zion is one of my favourite organisations to read, study and learn from as they really focus on bringing out the Jewishness of the Bible and its many characters.

  8. If you could have dinner with any historical figure (other than Jesus), who would it be?
In modern times, Dietrich Bon Hoffer would be one of the first ones I want to meet in the Millennial Kingdom. He had the boldness and courage to stand up to Adolf Hitler and against antisemitism. He gave up his life and was executed in prison right before the allied forces defeated the demonic Nazi forces. In biblical times, I would like to sit down with the apostle Paul and listen to him tell Gentile believers that he was a born again, spirit-filled, Torah observant messianic Jew until the day of his death. He did not die as a Messianic Gentile. His writings must be understood from his Jewish background.

  9. What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever visited?
There are a couple of places that stand out. I like New York City, London, England, and for all my Aussie friends, I love Australia! In 2025, this will be my 15th trip to Australia.

  10. What’s your love language?
Acts of service - servanthood is my love language.

The Deep-End

What have you learned from Rev Jesse and Miss Cathy that has had the greatest impact on your life?

God honours faithfulness just as He is faithful to His Word.

What’s your favourite passage of the Bible, and why?

Proverbs 3:5-6 - Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t try to support yourself with your own thinking; with every decision you make, seek His wisdom and counsel first and God direct your every step! (Fritz Brown translation)

If you follow those simple instructions, you will succeed in every area of life.
